Spring is finally nearly here, and I truly could not be more excited! Today I am celebrating with a new little egg-shaped paper box perfect for gifting little treats this Easter.
I’ve created a cut file for you so you can make your own cute Easter egg boxes super easily with your Cricut, Silhouette, or other electronic cutter!

DIY Easter Egg Treat Boxes
These little boxes come together pretty easily with an electronic cutter. You will need just a few supplies to make your own.
Easter Egg Box Supplies:
- 12″ x 12″ Colored Cardstock (Patterned paper is super cute too!)
- Silhouette, Cricut, or Brother Scan N Cut
- Permanent Adhesive
- Ribbon or Twine
- My Easter Egg Box SVG Cut File (You can grab that from the link at the end of this post)

How to Make a Easter Egg Treat Box
This little egg-shaped paper box is perfect for holding small Easter treats.
Materials
- 12" x 12" Colored Cardstock
- Permanent Adhesive
- Ribbon or Twine
Tools
- Silhouette, Cricut, or Brother Scan N Cut
Instructions
- Cut out the paper egg box from a piece of cardstock using your electronic cutter.
- Fold along all of the perforated lines to form the sides of the box and create the tabs used to assemble the box.
- Use paper glue or double sided permanent adhesive to attach the tabs to the egg shaped box sides.
- After filling with small treats or gifts, tie the box closed with a piece of ribbon or twine through the holes at the top of the box.

Note for Silhouette Users: Remember that you need the Designer Edition of Silhouette Studio to open SVG files! You can open the DXF and PNG versions of the design with the basic edition of Silhouette Studio. Read more about working with different file types and your Silhouette.
