Make your own minimal mountain art with a pop of holographic sparkle with this simple DIY art tutorial! This project was made in partnership with DecoArt, and this post may contain affiliate links, which help to support this site at no extra cost to you.
We took down all of our Christmas decorations over the weekend, and the house is feeling a little bit empty now. Do you know this feeling? It’s like there’s a hole where the tree used to be. Know what I mean?
That feeling always prompts me to do some rearranging and to add in some new decor. DIY art project to the rescue! You know that I love me a DIY art project.
If you are also looking for a home decor refresh, then I have the perfect little DIY winter art project to share with you all today!
DIY Holographic Minimal Mountain Art
This art DIY packs a lot of visual punch with its prismatic glitter, but it’s still super easy to make thanks to its minimal design.
The secret to that amazingly sparkly iridescence is DecoArt® Holographic Illusions™, a true holographic glitter paint that I am currently obsessed with.
Just check out the sparkle you can get with this paint!
Isn’t it so pretty? If you want to make your own piece, you only need to gather a few supplies. Here’s a list of everything I used to make mine.
Holographic Minimal Mountain Art Supplies:
- Blank Wooden Sign or Wooden Art Panel
- Pencil
- Soft Flat Paint Brushes
- DecoArt® Holographic Illusions™ in Silver Illusion
- Americana Acrylics in Warm White
- Americana Acrylics in Sweet Mint
- Americana Acrylics in Slate Grey
