Guys! Guess what? It’s my birthday today. It’s true! And we are celebrating big with this cute DIY Fringe Banner.
I saw a cute fringe banner the other day, and this birthday banner is my take on the idea. You can use the same technique to make a pretty, fringy banner for any special occasion.
DIY Fringe Banner Supplies
- 4 Feet of 4″ Fringe Trim
- Ribbon
- Copper Glitter Cardstock
- Thread to match your ribbon
- Needle
- Hot Glue Gun
Start off by cutting your letters out of the cardstock. I used my Silhouette Cameo, but scissors work great too! Punch holes in the top of the letters so you can attach them to your banner.
Next, glue your ribbon to the top of the fringe. I layered a light pink ribbon on top of a thicker teal.
Finally, I used my thread and needle to attach the letters to the light pink ribbon.
And that’s it! Easy Peasy – super cute fringe banner all ready for hanging and celebrating.
Happy Celebrating and Happy Making!
